  Customer service is not good, the previous Eyde company resolve the issue much faster and quality, after the new owner taken over the club meridian apartments We are facing serious issue with appliances and every now and then appliances(esp Washer and Dryers) stop working and front office is doing their best to get it repaired and resolve the issues in weeks time but this is become very frequent issue.
  
  the repairs are become very temporary solutions and it good for week or two and then same issue happening again.
  
  Thanks for understanding, its very tuff to raise complaint every now and then follow-up with front office team to resolve the issue.
