  Doug informed me after waiting on hold for 10 minutes that other people were ahead of me on the phone and if I hung up and called back it put me last. I would appreciate if he would have let me know after the first call. I will leave a bad review for you because of this arrogant and non communicating individual. All I wanted was a price. I am sorry that you took pleasure acting like this and hope you feel good about trying to upset someone. I will take my business elsewhere. Customer service is key to a successful business.
