- Jim WoodardSep, 30 2018★ ★ ★ ★ ★I have been using the transfer station since I moved to the area in 1994 . Yes the access is in poor condition sometimes, drive slowly, it only takes a couple of minutes longer. When RBD took over the operation from Meridian Township the service improved and expanded greatly. You can recycle more here than any other site I am aware of. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful. The trash/yard waste costs are much less when you factor in time and cost of driving to another site.
