  I do not know what kind of therapist Ralph is, but I do know that he is a lousy scheduler. I made an initial appointment with him about a dire family situation and he did not show. Said he had us down for an hour prior to the time we arrived. We rescheduled for the next day and again, he did not show. He said he thought it was for the day after. He lacked a truly compassionate response, revealing that he cannot be a very insightful mental health provider. Given the severity of our concerns, his "dropping the ball" on starting much needed counseling with our family is not just inconvenient, but extremely damaging. Do not rely on this man no matter how many letters are after his name or how many varied services he claims to offer. If I could give him negative stars, I would. His creations and handling of this was situation was as ramshackle as the sketchy building his rents. Stay away!
