  We came for a visit in the evening to a place that my husband described in one perfect word "zoo." It seemed as if the kids were running all over the place, there were babies in the infant room (where we visited) that were not being watched. The staff members interrupted the person who was giving us a tour a NUMBER of times. Rudely. It was disturbing, to say the least. Finally, while I was in the room my husband overheard the conversation outside, where the parents of a toddler who just got picked up wanted to know why their little daughter was not wearing any underwear. Apparently she wet herself a number of times and did not have a change of clothes. So instead of putting a diaper or a pull up on her, the teachers just let her run go without anything. Needless to say it will be a cold day in hell when we send our son to this place. Did I mention that I told the staffer that we were looking for a place for our son, and she continued to refer to my child as a "she?" Clearly listening skills are not their strongest suit either.
