  I had to change my review. People at the office don’t know anything anytime I ask a question. They say they will get back to me and never do. I called maintenance to change out our kitchen light switch and finally after a week, I called them again and said they never got the maintence request! Our apartment fire alarms have went off 3 times in past 2 weeks from the dryer in the basement creating too much steam. The firefighters have came every single time and they say “who’s doing laundry this time?” Because they come so often. It’s not a cigarette free apartment so people smoke like chimneys and it comes into your unit. So it always smells like stale cigarettes in here. We have spent so much money on glade air fresheners. One is in each outlet in my apartment because the smell is so strong and they tell me to live somewhere else if I don’t like it. Well fortunately when my lease ends, I’m outta here. This place is a dump and I hate living here. It doesn’t feel like a home. The only thing I like is the kitchen. Its got stainless steel appliances (for a higher rent fee).
  
  Update: the fire alarms went off again and nobody is even evacuating anymore because it’s a cry wolf situation. Very dangerous and hazardous. Not worth the $855.

  EXTREMELY RUDE MANAGEMENT!!! They are super unprofessional.This person​ will call you just to fight with you, they will never respond to any maintenance service within your apartment, and you can tell they hate everyone who lives there. Please, I am currently a tenant there and constantly have problems with them and their service. Looking to move away ASAP. (Worst 2 years of my life) Great units, however, stay AWAY!
