  Saturday noon and I was the only customer. I guess I should have picked up that as a hint and went to another auto place. I just wanted a simple oil change. They told me 20-25 minutes and it will be done. It's been more than an hour, and I did not receive any call. So, I went to the counter to check on my car only to find out they did not do the oil change because they don't have the exact oil filter for my car. They asked me to go and buy somewhere, "shouldn't cost more than $8". And the guy said he did not call because my area code is 808, not 517. (Yeah. this is the guy from Hawaii). He's afraid he's phone is going to get charged. SMH. Those people are pathetic. They get paid by the hour from doing nothing. I won't be surprised this Walmart will be closed soon.
