  Every time I walk into this location I’m ALWAYS ignored. I stopped in one time pushing my stroller with my kid. No one said a word, but the person after me they greeted right away. Despite making a purchase no one said anything and I had to ask to be rang up. Another time my sister and I went in. Once again I’m ignored as they kept asking her what she was looking for. She told them “WE are looking for jeans” yet they only catered to her. Finally yesterday I was with my husband. He was pushing the stroller. 3 female associates were all at the front of the store chatting. They don’t say a word to us as we walk in, but when I walked to find the Jean wall they approach my husband and ask how he was and what brought him in. I cannot believe they ignore the person actively looking up and down on fixtures clearly looking for something for him!!! I finally find the wall of BKE jeans on my own. Pulled out a pair of pants as an associate tries to make conversation and show me other pairs. I said no this is what I’m getting. I hope they’re not commissioned because they did not deserve anything after not helping me. I love their jeans, but I will be driving to another location who will deliver customer service.
